Hello. As you all know there is a lot of merger and acquisition activity happening in our industry. To that end, Bank of America started a CPA focused lending division this year with 3 regional directors focused on developing the CPA market. Bank of America has already been very successful with Dentists and Veterinarians.
I had lunch with Wally Hayes one of their regional directors and found it informative in terms of the terms they look for, type of lending products and the transition plans they want to see. In short, how BofA is approaching the CPA industry.
Wally offered to do a short webinar (30-45 minutes) for us if we want to learn more. It will not be a sales pitch but more of this is what is happening in the market.
